dont eat too much,self discipline,dont skip meal but it should be limited,dont eat in lunch time!!!

if u don't like d idea of jogging, just walk at least 30 mins.....kung may pupuntahan kng place na malapit lng nmn...wag ka ng sumakay...LAKARIN mo na lng! ka2bawas din ng fats yon....(actually, pumayat ako ng 4 kls. in 2months dahil dyan!) : s m i l e :

DieT!!!DieT!!!DieT!!! why pipol nowadays keep dieting even if they are too skinny (isa na ako dun hehehe). Balance Diet...dnt eat to much cholesterol it's kinda bad, eat heavy breakfast and fruits and yogurt @ lunch, tapos @ dinner time dnt eat after six, kung sakali lumagpas.. dnt eat heavy light lang. And then samahan mo ng exercise everyday kahit 30-20 mins a day. Iwasan ang softdrinks, drink plenty of water much more dun sa ininom mo na soda pop. Have fun and Gudlak...Pero pag may handaan bukas ka na lang magdiet hehehe...

Ako siguro for me.... you should try working out.. mag lakad.. no.1 yan.. kung hindi mo ma control pag kain mo.. excercise para medyo maburn ang fat sa body.. ako matakaw din ako pero i walk alot.. try mo mag lakad ang maglinis ng haus para pawisan! promise it will work. =)

dont drink softdrinks.. any of them.. iced tea pede?!! hehe! nkakapayat daw un??! sabi.. what else, eat the right fud.. dont eat junk fuds! inom ka lage water! mag water theraphy ka kaya?! try mo! its good! and.. most of all... self discipline lang yan... : D  believe me!

first,,how old are you? then 2nd did you know that at your height, your weight right now is a a little bit low for you,, as 5'5" high your suppose to weigh between 115 lbs-125 lbs, unless your a teenager then thats "A" okay dear, as one of the health professional then i dont suggest yo to go on DIET!! but just plain live a healhty life that is eat a balance diet (if u don't know exactly the portion for this "balance diet " then visit your health professional),no smoking and if you are then stop~id u drink then do it occasionally,,,always be positive and just accept who you are what ever you look like or weigh,, but most of all always be happy,,,hey this is a suggestion ITS ALWAYS YOUR CHOICE!!! : s m i l e :
