criscrossing webs of confusion
laced-up and tying me
to memories long forgotten
by Time;
a suffocating moan
echoing resoundingly ---
calling out,
wanting,
needing.
and, through every crevice,
a golden song of longing
is released ---
inhaled by every soul.
we find ourselves
one and the same,
sharing in this
harmonic union of
raging spirits.
swimming through
incarnadine blood,
i see nothing
but painful wounds
healed by
soft, tender breaths.
and when you breathed me out,
i came face to face
with reality's glare.
expressionless, blank ---
you allowed me to get
sucked in.
alive, yet dead.
i can't help but miss you.

love quotes and poems
Love can be understood only "from the inside," as a language can be understood only by someone who speaks it, as a world can be understood only by someone who lives in it.
