i have been trying to lose weight and stay fit after i gave birth to a handsome baby boy but still i'm overweight and lumpy..

so you are a dentist mom? good to know that and to your problem take more fruits and fluids and if you can try to play badminton, biking, and some long walks some activities that keeps you going to sweat even for 15-30 min.

Go to the gym. At try mong lunch lang kumain ng rice at dinner garden salad lang at snacks naman baby carrots at drink a lot of fluid preferably water.

Exercise, CARDIO. Run! You burn more calories that way. And eat a heavy breakfast, a light lunch, and an even lighter dinner. Never skip a meal, but keep in mind it's better to go to bed with an almost empty stomach since your metabolism works harder while you sleep. Have more protein and less carbs, and count more calories. No sodas and artificial juices, since they're empty calories and filled with sugar. And learn to use breathing as an exercise, every minute you're awake. You'll get flat abs without even knowing! Lol
