Hey guys, last 4 months ago I used my credit card purchasing several items online. I just spent around P5,000. After a month, I was surprised when I received my billing statement and it indicated an additional purchase of P9,000.I immediately contacted my credit card bank and filed a letter complaint about the additional amount. They were insisting that I utilized it by buying certain items, which i did not. I immediately requested the closure of my account.

After that incident I learned not to use my credited card directly online by providing my information in filling up online purchase forms. To date, I'm using alert pay and I haven't experience the same problem.
