project po kc namen xa 3rd quarter ang plenary session..

so kng cnu po jan ang my mabuting loob na tulungan coh, tulungan nyo po acoh.

ang order ng speakers ay:

necessity
beneficiary
practicability

then after evry constructive speech ng isang speaker, may mang-"gigisa" na isang speaker din sa opposition about dun sa mga cnabi nia.
bsta mbabasa mo din dyan sa site.. hehe.
