gusto ko tumaba : b l u s h : 

masyado na q yatots sabe ng mommy ko

ano pwede gawin bukod sa pagkain ng tatlong bar ng cadbury araw araw? : ?  6 days ko na gnagawa wala naman ako nakikita improvement

nagppork and beef na dn ako for dinner and lunch

as much as possible ndi na dn ako nagsskip ng dinner or lunch di tulad ng gawain q dati

mahina dn kasi appetite ko sa kanin ee : (  umiinom ako ng apat na vitamins araw araw pero wla dn yta effect ee.

eat rice mga 5 cup for break fast, lunch, mirenda, dinner, midnight snacks. tulog kain lang un in 1 month mag ga gain ka about 20 or 28lbs + your weight
