WNS, a leading global business process outsourcing company is in need of OJTs/ Recruitment and Sourcing Interns

Key Role:
To provide support to recruiters in performing all functions and duties of the Human Resources-Talent Acquisition Group

Responsibilities:
* conduct initial phone screening and endorse applicants for face-to-face interview
* ensure that all necessary applicant information are encoded in the database
* perform administrative works such as resume filing and interview forms reproduction
* participate in marketing activities with a recruitment focus
*attend job fairs and help in manning WNS Philippines booth
* perform other tasks as assigned by the recruiters from time to time

Requirements:
* Candidates must be 4th year students taking up Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Mass Communication with OJT units included in course curriculum
* Excellent oral and written English communication skills
* Computer and internet proficiency
* Good attention to detail and work efficiency
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
