good for the philippines.. may budget pa while iceland is in the verge of "national bancruptcy".

corruption is everywhere... its the people alone who's to be blamed for electing such corrupt people to public office.

or simply the people itself were all corrupt!

Finding a solution to shield the country from the effects of the global economic slowdown is more important than entertaining the impeachment complaint. That complaint will only derail the passage of more important laws such as the 2009 budget. Don't you think that that is more important than the impeachment complaint, which is the nth attempt by the way to unseat the President. The 2009 budget is important to be passed because if we use this year's budget by virtue of the automatic appropriation principle, then I think this year's budget will not be fit for next year because of the turn around of events in the economic aspect.
