yeah that is a very wrong practice!!

i think those people who do that doesnt see the potential of the so called older population

come on they have more experience on the field too
more mature and etc...

solutions..
companies should be more open minded and they should change their policies


no biasses ...just because they are younger they are wiser

ako nga eh pinayuhan ng isang work adviser na pag gagawa ako ng resume', wag ko dw ilalagay ang age ko at nationality at kahit marital status... bago ko lang nalaman na ganun pala tlga ang dapat..kasi nga dyan sa atin sa pinas lahat ng nakikita kong mga job adverts eh may mga age range...so ganun nakasanayan ko..

nung teenager pa ako.. my opinion eh nde lage accepted nila.. because im just a kid pa daw.. weh..

tas in some establishments too.. buti n lng matangkad ako and can act like a 20 yr old.. i was 15 lang ata nun woot...

 

There are certain age level ang kailanganin ang isang establishments with accords with the job that is avail on their company. Like Jollibee you have to be at the age of 18 para maging isa sa crew nila. Di naman age discrimination ang tawag niyan eh kung baga in each company kailangan din nilang sumunod sa anong establishments meron sila.

And that is not illegal kasi meron silang right para mag mandate ng rules na ganyan and you have to follow some certain policies and protocols na meron sila.
