Back Feb 2008, we went to one of the SSS branches to process replacement of SSS ID (my old ID got stolen.. traumatic. ).

I went all through the hassels of processing it. On the 1st day: submission of required docs. it took us half day just for that. Then we went back the other day for ID pic capturing it took us whole day for it. They really have a slow process. grrrr...

Then I remembered before, way back 2004. it took us just one day to process the new ID and then after 3 months it was mailed to us.

July 2008, we still have not received our ID's. I called their cust. serv. hotline and to my surprise these are the words from the CS rep "DELAYED PO UNG PROCESSING NG SSS ID KASE PO NASIRA UNG MACHINE NA GUMAGAWA NUN" then I ask when will it resume? she said "HINDI PA PO SURE. WALA PA PONG ADVISE. NUNG AUGUST PA PO KASE SIRA" i stopped and i though of the word August, it's just July now I said to my self. so I clarified to her August? she replied "OPO AUGUST LAST YEAR PA PO SIRA" HUWAAAAT... what they are doing. it's been almost a year and still that machine hasn't been fixed. Do they only have one machine? or all of the machines had been broken down? what happened to the funds for repair and maintenance? HEEELLPPPP.. is this for real? Kun sino man taga SSS dito or sino my alam about SSS ID please clarify. I really need the ID now. Thanks.
