oki of here's the thing...i work as a part time in a call center then i met this guy este gay pala he was still an agent that time and all throughout i didn't even had any trouble makisama s mga co-agent ko (as always) i'm easy to get along with nmn tlaga... until the time came wherein 2 of our supervisors resigned and so someone must be promoted 2 take their seat db...and one of those promoted for d supervisory seat is this gay, Guil.
ala pang one week my co-agents started making reklamo n on how Guil runs his shift...e ako since part time lng ako i only work 5hrs doon just symphatize s knila everytime they open-up...there was even a time where for the first tym Guil gave a memo to all the agents who wore rubber shoes but 2 a chosen few lng e nka-rubber din ako noh pero ang snabi lng niya sakin, "Gusto ng memo?" for me it was just a joke so i smiled...late ko n nlman n may mga agent n nag-sign ng memo and to think n graveyard shift kming lhat...tpos there was this incident, where Guil confiscated a cell phone just b'coz he was texting sum1 while on duty...(ano yon skul@cya ang teacher...)
parati cyang may flavor of the month...dalawa n nga ang nag-resign ng dhil s kanya...@yung last e yung n confiscate yung cell kc d niya mtake n cya ang flavor of d month and Guil even kept him isolated for d whole period of d work as in ala cyang ktbi s cubicle niya...syempre tahimik sya d whole shift and kaya p niya m-take yon but then Guil kept on teasing him n tahimik k pala e, dyan k n plagi...WHAT!!! yung iba nmn n nhuli niyang nktyo even for a while just 2 stretch cnsbihan niya agad ng "Hoy! umupo k nga para kang supervisor h!"...
and as for me all i could do is 2 sympatize w/ them...
ang dmi ng nag-reklamo kaya n move cya s morning shift...so dapat happy n kmi db? but then hanggang 8pm p pala cya...not no biggy d b? @ least d n da whole shift nmin cya mkksma & what harm could he do p s almost an hour nmin sya mksma...
but i was wrong...late ko n nrealized n its my turn 2 be his flavor of d month...first day...i was doing my job as always...then in the middle of nowhere nilapitan niya ako saying, "wag kang maingay..."... huh? hello... call center po e2...i'm i suppose 2 whisper e kung matanda yung kausap ko!!! anyway, i still tried my best to control my voice baka nmn kc ako tlga yung maingay d B? but wen i ask yung mga katabi ko oki nmn daw yung voice ko...
day 2: nalate ako ng 10mins.@bagong relax p ako...kkupo ko lng ng for about 3 mins ng lumapit cya at sbi, "wag k nang maingay h"...sbay alis agad...i didn't had the tym 2 ask why he said that 2 me despite n kkdating ko lng db?...but that's oki paalis n nmn cya db? but then eto n ang d ko matake....
i was already taking to one of our clients n and out of the blue...some1 stretch my BRA STRAP s likod... God it hurts!!! though i didn't shout coz may kausap nga kc ako and i need 2 stay focus doon s client...though i saw that it was Guil coz i saw his reflection doon s mirror...wen my caller and i was through palabas n cya ng door...i confirmed p s mga ktbi kong co-agent if they saw what happen and ofcourse they did @ c Guil nga yon....
now i'm counting d last straw...parang ayaw ko ng pumasok...gus2 ko nring mag-resign...but sbi nila dnt let Guil defeat me into resigning coz who will get d last laugh nga nmn db?

pero i feel that its so unfair...do i really have n tiisin cya until may bagong flavor of the maonth n yung baklang yon...

help nmn pls... could i sue him or sumthing?....
