Paano nga ba gumawa ng bico/sinukmani?

may alam ba kaung recipe jan na pwede nyong i-share?

ano bang tamang procedure sa paggawa...?

kanina ko lang napagalaman ang paggawa ng toyong adobo! iaadobo mo ang toyo at aantayin mo xang mabuo na parang chicken...tapos kung gusto mo pa ng mas malasa ay budburan mo ng asin at special emong ingredients na makukuha mo lang kung ittext mo ko..kaya text mo ko ha..apir!

tapos nun bibili ka ng sabaw ng bulalo at pede mo na xang kainin kasama ng 3 kanin...

syempre isasaing mo muna sa kaldero ang malagkit....pag luto na, ilipat mo na sa malaking kawali.... haluin mo ng haluin,,, ilagay mo un gata ng nyog at asukal... tikman mo kung me lasa na.. at kung okay na sa yo ang tamis.. hanguin mo na at ilagay mo sa bilao... after nun lagyan mo naman ng budbud ng nyog.. tas... kainan naaaaaaaaaa....

Bico ko lang alam ko I tjink

ingredient for biko

3 cup of sweet rice yung malakit na bigas
1 bag of 2lbs brown sugar
few tsp of vanilla

yung bico ay bibingka diba

material needed for cooking

1 rectangular cake 8x10 pan
measuring cup
measuring spoon
aluminum foil
oven

proceduer;

put thesweet rice into the pan and free heat the oven at 350 degrees put the 6-12 cup of water in to the pan on top of the sweet rice then place it inside the oven when the temp is right let it bake for an hour or so until the rice are cooked

then in another sauce pan put the water up to two finger to the top then put the sstove on high heat until the water is boilng then put the brown sugar on the water and let it boil for five minute then start stirring the sauce until it thickend enough like almost that of coko jam pero medyo malabnaw ng konti at tapos ilagay sa ibabaw and evenly spread over the top continue baking reduced to 300 bake it for about 12-20 min until it soaked in to the bottom and all sauces are darkened and the rice are sticky enough then ther is ur bico ready to serve and hot or cool it down with coke or gulaman juice.
